Another active month for Nirmata. We announced our next achievement with AWS, achieving their ContainerCompetency Partner Status. This milestone reflects Nirmata’s ability to seamlessly work with AWS in a way that protects container and Kubernetes workloads while delivering the business agility that enterprises seek. As we move into May, we're excited about being part of KubeCon Europe. Here is a recap and what we're looking forward to. We hope to see you on the road or online soon!
This event looked at some of the most popular security and compliance projects under the CNCF umbrella. These tools can help teams apply policy management, check CVEs, ensure regulatory compliance, protect web traffic, secure frequent software patching, automate TLS issuances, and other vital actions. Most packages below are designed for Kubernetes and offer integrations with popular cloud-native infrastructures. Watch the on-demand here.
How To Build Kubernetes Policies To Ensure Compliance for Databases
Nicolas Vermandé shared how policies can be expressed in native Kubernetes language using Kyverno to make sure your beloved applications can safely run on a cloud-native platform at scale without compromise on compliance and security. Watch the on-demand here.

The Cost Governance of Cloud-Native Workloads Using Kyverno & Kubecost
While the cloud has allowed Enterprises to grow and services to become more agile, it comes at an expense. In this blog, Anubhav Sharma walks us through the Cost Governance of Cloud-Native Workloads Using Kyverno and KubeCost.
How to verify container images with Kyverno using KMS, Cosign, and Workload Identity
An essential part of supply chain security is the integrity of the image we built, which means that we have to ensure that the image we built has not been tampered with, which means that guaranteeing the image which we pulled from a registry is the same image that we are going to deploy into production systems. One of the easiest and best ways (thanks to Sigstore) to prove that the image has not been tampered with is to sign it right after building it and verify it before allowing them to deploy into production systems. This is where Cosign and Kyverno come into play.
We launched Kyverno Certification program during KubeCon North America. Since then we have had 500 people registered for the certification. Don't wait, take the certification and claim your badge!
